We're healthcare professionals committed to ensuring small and mid-sized hospitals have access to the technology, knowledge, and partnerships they need—while connecting the broader ecosystem to solve real problems together.

Navig Health is a community of healthcare professionals, doctors, technologists, and operators who came together around a shared belief: India's healthcare ecosystem works better when the right people collaborate.
We've worked across different parts of healthcare—running hospitals, treating patients, building technology, managing operations, navigating insurance, implementing quality standards. We've seen the challenges from multiple angles.
What brought us together was a common frustration: too many good ideas don't become real solutions. Hospitals struggle to access expertise they need. Innovators build products without understanding ground realities. Knowledge stays fragmented instead of being shared.
We started Navig Health to change that—by creating practical ways for hospitals, clinicians, and tech teams to work together and learn from each other.

We believe small and mid-sized hospitals deserve the same capabilities that large hospital systems have.
For decades, these facilities—often 50-100 bed hospitals owned and run by doctors—have been the backbone of Indian healthcare. They understand their patients, their communities, and deliver care with long-term relationships in mind.
But as healthcare evolves rapidly—with corporatization, insurance expansion, technology adoption, rising patient expectations—these hospitals face pressures they didn't before. Access to technology talent, business expertise, quality resources, and peer learning becomes crucial for survival and growth.
We don't believe one model of healthcare is superior to another. Corporate hospitals, doctor-owned facilities, specialty chains, nursing homes—all have roles to play. But we do believe in preserving choice and diversity in India's healthcare ecosystem.
Our heart lies in supporting small and mid-sized hospitals. While we work across the ecosystem, our driving motivation is ensuring these facilities can access enterprise-level capabilities while maintaining their independence.
At the core, we believe doctor autonomy matters. When doctors have ownership and long-term stakes in healthcare delivery, different incentives emerge—ones often more aligned with patient care and community health.
We're not a typical consulting firm or tech company. We're healthcare professionals who want to contribute to building a stronger healthcare ecosystem in India.
This isn't about short-term projects. It's about building an ecosystem where healthcare providers, regardless of size, can access the support they need to deliver better care.
We're a small core team with deep healthcare experience, supported by a network of experts, advisors, and collaborators.
Beyond the core team, we work with a broader network of hospital operators, quality experts, technology specialists, financial advisors, and clinicians across specialties who contribute to our initiatives.
The name "Navig" comes from navigate—because that's what we're all doing in India's rapidly changing healthcare landscape.
We don't have all the answers. We're figuring things out alongside the hospitals, clinicians, and innovators we work with. But we believe that by navigating together—sharing knowledge, connecting the right people, creating practical collaboration frameworks—we can help India's healthcare system work better.
If you're a hospital looking for support, a clinician wanting to contribute to innovation, or a tech team building healthcare solutions, we'd like to connect.
