Building India's Healthcare Innovation Ecosystem

Connecting healthcare providers, technologists, and innovators to create practical solutions that improve patient care and hospital operations across India.

Healthcare professionals collaborating

About Navig Health

Navig Health brings together healthcare professionals, doctors, and technologists to bridge the gap between innovation and implementation in Indian healthcare.

We work across the ecosystem—with hospitals and clinics of all sizes, healthcare operators, and technology innovators. Our work focuses on three things:

While we work across the healthcare ecosystem, our heart lies in supporting small and mid-sized hospitals and clinics. These facilities have been the backbone of Indian healthcare for decades, and we believe they deserve access to the same capabilities that larger organizations have.

We're ecosystem enablers—creating connections, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring that good ideas become practical solutions that improve patient care.

Our Proven Work

Capacity Building

for small and mid-sized hospitals that need access to technology, expertise, and knowledge to navigate today's rapidly changing healthcare landscape.

Digital Transformation

support for healthcare providers—including corporate hospitals—on their AI and technology adoption journey.

Innovation Enablement

by connecting tech teams with clinical expertise, helping them build solutions that actually work in real hospital settings.

Indian Healthcare Today —
Context & Challenges

Indian healthcare is changing rapidly:

  • Insurance-driven care is growing (private + government schemes)
  • Patient expectations have increased
  • Staffing, training, and retention are becoming difficult
  • Operational workloads are rising
  • Technology & AI adoption is uneven
  • Clinicians, hospital teams, and innovators are often disconnected

Small and mid-sized hospitals face these changes without the resources or teams that larger organisations have. At the same time, many medtech and healthtech founders build products with limited access to real clinical workflows, leading to slow adoption and wasted effort.

The gap is real — but so is the opportunity.

Hospitals need technology expertise and capacity building they can't access alone. Innovators need clinical validation and real-world testing environments. Clinicians want to contribute to building better healthcare solutions but lack structured pathways to do so.

When these groups work together, better outcomes happen: hospitals adopt technology that actually solves problems, innovators build products that fit real workflows, and patients benefit from solutions designed with ground realities in mind.

Navig Health operates at this intersection — connecting hospitals with tech expertise, innovators with clinical insight, and creating the frameworks that turn disconnected efforts into collaborative impact.

How We're Solving This — Our 3 Initiatives

Initiative 1:

AI & Tech Collaboration Projects

We connect hospitals and clinics with technology teams to co-develop practical AI and digital solutions.

How it works:

Every 6-12 months, we bring together a cohort of ~10 hospitals with tech developers, AI specialists, and product teams. Together, they identify real operational challenges—billing automation, patient engagement, inventory management, clinical workflows—and build custom solutions over a pilot period.

Hospitals get access to technology expertise they couldn't otherwise afford. Tech teams get direct access to hospital processes, clinical workflows, and leadership feedback. Solutions are developed for real-world use, not theoretical scenarios.

This works for nursing homes, mid-sized hospitals, specialty clinics, and even corporate hospital chains looking to pilot new technology approaches.

First cohort launches: January 2026

Initiative 2:

Knowledge Sessions & Community

We bring healthcare experts and hospital leaders together through webinars, masterclasses, and peer communities to share practical knowledge on the business side of healthcare.

Healthcare is evolving fast. Digital transformation, AI adoption, insurance navigation, growth strategy, operational excellence—these aren't just clinical challenges, they're business challenges.

We run webinars, masterclasses, and community discussions with industry experts who've built and scaled healthcare organizations. Topics include:

  • Digital transformation and technology adoption
  • Patient acquisition and marketing
  • Financial planning and M&A readiness
  • Quality improvement and operational efficiency
  • Working with insurance and corporate wellness programs

We're also building a peer community where hospital leaders, operators, and healthcare professionals can learn from each other's experiences.

Who this helps

Hospital management teams, clinic operators, healthcare administrators, and anyone navigating the business side of healthcare.

Initiative 3:

Clinician ↔ MedTech/HealthTech Collaboration

We connect clinicians with MedTech and HealthTech founders during product development to ensure solutions are built with real clinical input and hospital workflow understanding.

Too many healthcare innovations fail because they're built in isolation. Founders develop products for years without real clinical validation or understanding of how hospitals actually operate.

We connect clinicians with MedTech and HealthTech founders during the product development phase—not after. Doctors participate in pilot projects, provide workflow insights, and validate whether solutions actually address real problems.

The Benefit

  • For Innovators:Real clinical feedback, faster product-market fit, access to hospital decision-makers
  • For Clinicians:Opportunity to shape healthcare innovation, advisory roles, meaningful contributions to improving care delivery
  • For Healthcare:Better products that actually work in Indian hospital settings

This is our Discovery platform — a structured way to connect clinical expertise with technological innovation.

Why Navig Health

The name "Navig" comes from navigate—because that's what we're all doing in India's rapidly changing healthcare landscape.

We don't have all the answers. We're figuring things out alongside the hospitals, clinicians, and innovators we work with. But we believe that by navigating together—sharing knowledge, connecting the right people, creating practical collaboration frameworks—we can help India's healthcare system work better.

If you're a hospital looking for support, a clinician wanting to contribute to innovation, or a tech team building healthcare solutions, we'd like to connect.
